Warming up
  • Head, shoulders and koshi rotations
  • Stepping preparation
    1. musubidachi - feet together
    2. fudodachi - open stance
Toitsu Kihon
  • Jodan - cutting top-down
  • Chudan - cutting horizontally
  • Gedan - cutting bottom-up
  1. kiri-komi (cutting by pushing. to the horizon)
  2. kiri-harai (cutting by pulling - all the way through)

  • Dai Jodan vs. Jodan kiri-komi (running)
