- Kenko Taiso
- Wakame in motion
- One person with eyes closed, stepping from one end to the other end of the hall - like a drunkard with goal set to go home.
- Other person gives pushes from any direction, temporarily derailing the first.
- Change roles at the end of the hall - after checking position (how far am I from my original goal?)
- Tenshingoso variations
- one person goes to grab the other person's wrists (alternatively: one person tries to reach the other person's center, i.e. occupy the other's position)
- Other person catches the other person's movement at inception, offers wrists (resp. center), then transforms incoming energy either:
- along same direction (removing oneself)
- from horizontal to vertical plane - e.g.: TSGS-A (and then opening TSGS-E); Shinwataiso (and then coming back together); TSGS-Um (careful with their head...)
- back to where it came from: TSGS-I; TSGS-O (without using force)
- Tenshin Shoden no Kata
- (with bare hands)
